This was a fun and quick little study. I think
I will finish it later this week!
Thanks for the visit. Best wishes,
Daniel

This is my first sketch using a new tool called, ArtRage. It is a fun and relatively cheap little painting program. - Daniel

Here is something new. This is a little study for a local company I am working with. I am not sure if it will turn into something more or not, but it was a fun daily project… enjoy!
Dream well,
Daniel
Here is a painting from a few months ago – I had a few requests to post it again. It was a blast to paint… hope you enjoy it! You can check out the galleries to the left for more of the work.
Best wishes,
Daniel
Sometimes a lonely day comes out of nowhere. Today was that day. A day of long isolation.
My observations from a distance:
-Isolation is independent of being alone or with others.
-Human “connectedness” through sincere relationship is the only viable motor for the long-distance marathon of life.
- Intimacy is not a matter of proximity, it is a way of engaging the world.
Maybe obvious stuff…maybe helpful… thinking out loud in the caverns of the internet…
Best wishes world,
Daniel
ps. Digital Painting (Corel Painter)
Here we are at day 2 of this project. Things are coming along well enough to keep sharing! While there is not one inch of the painting I can call finished yet, you get the idea of where it is headed. I will wrap it up later tonight, but I wanted to share the progress before it gets too late. This is a commercial project about gardens and the city. I am becoming more and more excited about it with each stroke! It is a simple and idealistic concept, but I love it.
Thanks for the visit! Dream well,
Daniel
